The new ingredient is vibrato — the pitch of each note wavers gently, about five times a second, the way a singer or a string player leans into a sustained tone. Nothing in the note data moved; the instrument simply animates the pitch it’s handed. A parameter like pitch here isn’t a fixed value — it’s an expression that can move over time.
